AlignedComply is currently an early-access, pilot release. It's under active development and testing, and both its feature set and its content are still evolving.

Obligation definitions, sourcebook mappings, and regulatory alerts shown in the platform are curated at a point in time and are illustrative rather than a live, continuously updated feed of everything the FCA publishes. Always cross-check anything the platform tells you against the current FCA Handbook and the FCA Financial Services Register before relying on it for a compliance decision.

Nothing in the platform constitutes legal or regulatory advice. It's a guidance tool to help you organise and track your firm's obligations — the judgement calls remain yours, your Compliance Oversight function's, or your professional advisers'.

Your firm's data is used solely to operate the service for you during the pilot, in line with our Privacy policy. It is not shared externally beyond what that policy describes.
